Return/Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things go wrong and you need to cancel or refund for some reason. Our refund and cancellation policy solves the issue and provides you with peace of mind. The same policy will apply to merchandise returns, while your legal privileges under the Consumer Protection Act will never be affected by it. The Packaging World follows the same policy for all orders.
Return and Refund
All our products are manufactured under the guidelines and instructions received from our clients. You will be entitled to report to the company if you have any reservations regarding your order as a client. Submit your feedback at [email protected] within 3 days after receiving your packaging order.
Company Side Defects
The company will be bound to reprint the order after a clear proven default. The defect and default will be scrutinized closely in the company’s supervision. The company’s opinion will be final on taking the responsibility. The burden of proof on the defect will be on the client, and they need to submit documents or photos of the defect as a piece of evidence. Within 10 days, the order will ship back, while the shipping cost will be borne by the client.
Client-Side Defects
In case the defects have been proven to reside on the client’s side, the company will accommodate them with some conditions. The shipment will be sent back to the company by the client, while the refunding cost will be recovered after some deduction regarding shipping cost, printing, product setup, and billing cost.
Order Cancellation
After completing the approval from our client, we forward the specific order to the printing department. Within 4 hours, the manufacturing process begins. A client can cancel the order within the timeframe of the first 4 hours. In case the order has been canceled within 12 to 24 hours, a 5% fee of the total order will be charged to complete the cancellation.
The cancellation will never be accepted after 24 hours, but we will provide you with a warehouse facility free of cost. Your order can be delivered when you want. However, you need to inform the company as you desire to use our warehouse facility.
