User’s Conduct on Half Price Packaging
Any content sent by the users via post, uploaded in the form of images, text, trademarks, service marks, design, or copyrighted work needs authorization or consent of the respective owners. When you upload those on our website, it shows that you have all the legality in check already. Users are not allowed to send, upload, or transmit unlawful or indecent data that infringes the intellectual property rights of our website or any others.
The data that is posted by our clients or users does not fall under our responsibility. It means we will never be accountable for any inaccuracies or integrity of such data. If you find any content on our website objectionable, offensive, or indecent, The Packaging World will never be liable for that. Rules of Liability and Indemnification
In case of any claim, arbitration, demand, or action made against us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and protect The Packaging World website, representative, or any member, including our affiliates. Using our website shows that you agree to do so. The claims or issues can be related to the buyer’s wrongful act or the printing of products.
The wrongful act of buyers could be infringements of any copyright, patent, or intellectual property of anyone. Printing of absence, defamatory, libelous, or scandalous material. In case of any unauthorized access or damage to our website, you will indemnify us and ensure that we remain harmless during the process, including:

- Reimbursing us for all legal costs
- Defend us against such a claim, if any happened.
The Packaging World, any member, or employee, vendor, subcontractor, or supplier will never be liable for any injury or damage. Loss, claim, delay, accident, or the act of God, whether they are in contract, tort, or not.

Terms and Conditions for Order Placement, Payment, and Cancellations
We conduct business in US Dollars, so we only accept the amount in the same currency. The Packaging World will begin to work on your order only when you make a full payment that includes handling fees, taxes, charges, and shipping. As a buyer or user, you need to approve the electronic proof of the custom boxes you choose as part of our order placement process.
After you approve the custom boxes, we begin the production process of your custom boxes. Once your order is in the production process, you will never be allowed to make any changes. You can cancel your order only within 4 hours of placing; this also costs a fee of 5% of the total order.
Design Orders
If you need our design services only, the processing and order fee will never be refunded in any case.
Sales Tax Policy
Our sales tax policy applied to all of our clients. We charge sales tax even if you are considered a tax-exempt category.
Terms of Artwork/Files Submission
Your artwork’s final format or CMYK format must have high resolution, not least 300dpi. Our design team creates a hard copy or an electronic copy of the proofs sent by the customers. The whole liability of blurred, contorted, or pixilated printed or color changes will be on the customers who failed to provide the artwork in CMYK format or at least 300 dpi resolution.
The responsibility for the accuracy of the artwork and for making it print-ready will be on the customers. We take all precautionary measures to keep your artwork secure, but in case of loss or damage, The Packaging World will not be responsible.
If your order is perceived to be illegal or has infringed the copyrights of a third party, The Packaging World reserves the right to refuse any order. The possession of your order means you have the entire responsibility for the content or material.
Proof and Color Accuracy
We only send custom boxes to our production process when buyers or users confirm the accuracy of colors and designs. The responsibility of colors and artwork will lie on the customers. In case, our customers provide the late approval, the delay will be on them. Our turnaround time begins after the approval of design and colors. It’s recommended to validate the design and other artwork against the original file. Create a checklist for copy, spacing, font style, final text, bleeding, punctuation, image placement or layout. There is a possibility of slight color changes due to shift from RGD or Pantone to CMYK printing. The finishing such as lamination may affect the colors and appearance as well. The entire liability of such color changes will be on the customers. The Packaging World will have no liability for them.
Our design and printing team work hard to create the colors of your choice but we never ensure to create the exact color matching or density. The color reproduction depends on printing and ink types, so predicting them right is crucial for us. We try to create the same color but we never take the responsibility to create the same one always.
Gang Printing
We don’t use a combination of different printing methods on one sheet that is termed as gang printing. We let our customers choose one printing method and stick to it.
Overruns and Underruns
Whatever the amount of boxes you order from us, we try to deliver additional boxes without charging. If you receive less than the ordered amount of boxes, we refund the price of boxes that are missing only. We always try to deliver 5% extra than the ordered quantity even though that’s not obligatory on us.
Changes to our Website and Terms and Conditions
We’re not bound to change any portion of our website or terms and conditions any time without any prior notice to users and customers. The revised version of the terms and conditions can be visited on the same page of our website and will be effective immediately. Your continuous usage of our website signifies your agreement to all changes.
