Shipping Policy

The Packaging World, in its commitment to client value proposition, shall pay the full cost of shipping, thereby providing free shipping for all orders destined for the following designated territories: the United States of America (USA), Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom (UK). For any shipment destined for other than the above geographic regions, the client shall bear the obligation of all settlements, like mandatory shipping charges, etc.

Regardless of the free shipping or mandatory shipping charges status applied, the client remains exclusively liable to pay all applicable charges. On arrival, some additional fees are imposed by the concerned or regional authorities; they are not included in the initial quote, and must be paid by the client immediately upon delivery for the shipment to be released.

Turnaround Time

The Packaging World stipulates a standard, non-guaranteed production and manufacturing cycle (Turnaround Time) estimated to be between 8 to 10 business days. The aforementioned Turnaround Time is explicitly subject to potential extension due to the occurrence of events or circumstances reasonably beyond the control of the Company, like severe weather, natural disasters, political turmoil, etc

Shipment Damage Due to Logistics Companies

All risks associated with shipping, including carrier negligence, improper handling, or accident, will not be the liability of The Packaging World. The client’s sole recourse for recovery related to such shipping damage rests entirely with the third-party logistics company or carrier. The client shall be responsible for initiating and prosecuting any claims against the carrier in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Exclusions of Liability for Shipping Delays

The Packaging World shall not be held liable for any damages, penalties, or losses incurred to the client as a direct or indirect consequence of delays in shipping, delivery, or customs clearance. The client hereby acknowledges that the Company’s liability terminates upon the tender of the goods to the logistics companies.

Delays arising from the following circumstances shall constitute events for which The Packaging World bears no liability whatsoever:

  1. Delays resulting from the operational congestion (e.g., traffic) or prevailing climatic conditions affecting the carrier’s network.
  2. Delays caused by political turmoil, civil unrest, acts of government, or force majeure events.
  3. Extended time required for customs documentation, inspection, or clearance by competent governmental or regulatory authorities.
  4. Delays occasioned by the client’s provision of inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses or contact details.

If a shipment is formally designated as unclaimed by the carrier, resulting in the mandatory return of the physical goods to The Packaging World, the client shall have the primary financial liability for all expenses associated with the re-tender and dispatch of the Order.
