Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is simple. We adhere to the philosophy of helping our clients and bringing affordability to a custom box solution. For the regions like the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK, we don’t charge anything for shipping. Our shipping is entirely free for these regions. However, as our valued client, you need to pay a minimal amount if you live outside of our free shipping zone areas.
Standard Turnaround Time
We know that time is money, and we care about saving yours. Our turnaround time is fast. We require only 8 to 10 days to deliver your custom packaging boxes to your doorstep.
Wrong Address
Don’t provide an insufficient address or the wrong address for courier companies. For the reshipment cost, we will never offer free shipping. It will make you liable for covering the cost of reshipment.
Unclaimed Shipments
When a shipment goes unclaimed and we receive your packaging again, you will be liable to pay for reshipment costs. For unprecedented circumstances, if a delay occurs, The World Packaging will never be liable, such as:
- Traffic congestion and weather conditions cause courier companies to delay.
- Political turmoil is leading to a delay.
- Custom documentation and clearance took more time.
- Inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses, incorrect contact information.
